From Rosapesca SL. (formerly Famous Food), a regional company in the Canary Islands, we have worked together since 2019 in the Canary Islands for the distribution of Cominport products in the Horeca sector, with outstanding growth for both companies, as their products are highly valued in the restaurant industry. At national trade fairs (Salón Gourmet Madrid among others) we have worked hand in hand to provide advisory and logistics services to our clients and on a day-to-day basis, with very fluid and educational communication about the products.

After almost 14 years working with Cominport, I cannot say anything bad about them... or almost anything. The truth is that our business relationship has grown over the years until it has become a well-established relationship. We consider the products we buy from them to be of superior quality, with an unbeatable quality/price ratio. Their customer service also deserves a mention and, especially - at least in our case - Misako. A great professional, passionate about her work. The truth is that when she goes on holiday, we miss her... Hehehe. Lastly, as a criticism I would only say one thing: stockouts. Although I have also tried to understand the complexity of their company and the volumes they handle, it must not be easy to maintain constant stock of everything, especially given the lead times for containers to arrive. Even so, it would be ideal for us to be able to count on stock always being available. I hope that in the future, with the expansions they are making, this can become a reality... If I had to rate them from 1 to 5, I would give them a 4.5. The day stockouts are none or almost none, I will give them a 5.

At Cominport, the quality, service, and customer care are on another level. There is no better produce for Asian cuisine than what Cominport provides; it is incredible. Cominport has always been by my side, sourcing very unique and top-quality products - a true friend to my restaurant. 20 years as a Cominport client says it all.
